As a supplier of high quality, environmentally friendly products, we are very proud that our Lebanon, OH facility is experiencing strong growth in 2017.  We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our new production facility located in Lebanon, Ohio.   




  • Primarily manage facility, laboratory and manufacturing repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop, plan, orchestrate, and monitor maintenance projects with short duration (1-2 weeks).
  • Produce budgetary repair estimates, manpower scheduling, manpower requirements, and equipment vendor bid packages that assure high value added products, safe operation, and consistent operation.
  • Involve all associated internal customers in the fact finding steps in preventative maintenance, as well as involving them in the frequency and costs.
  • Oversee the maintenance staff and their repair techniques on both the facility and manufacturing equipment.
  • Work in conjunction with engineering in making modifications to processes and equipment.

Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)


  • Read and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings; and their related specifications.
  • Has the ability to produce specifications, drawings, Gantt charts, and budgets through either the use of his or her written skills, or by the use of a personal computer.
  • Understand the basic use of instrumentation devices, programmable controllers and their associated roles with system operation.
  • Capable of assisting in the trouble shooting of instrumentation devices and PLC's and be able to help identify the source of the problem.
  • Assure that modifications to instruments calibration, I/O assignments and associated programming changes are properly documented according to department procedures and filed accordingly.
  • Maintain an active role in the use of TQM / IQI programs, and utilize the tools learned through schooling to assure high quality results.
  • Background in the chemical processing industry and its related process equipment.
  • Minimum four year degree in Engineering and or military experience and three years of related industry experience in the service side of business.
  • College level math, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Algebra.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, including working experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access and MS Project) and a general working knowledge of AutoCAD.
