We are seeking a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist at our corporate office in Schaumburg, IL.  This person will work alongside our Recruiting Professional and will help us identify and implement methods to attract and recruit high-quality talent.  


  • Identify and implement methods to attract and recruit new talent at R&D, Inplants, and plants
  • Develop and execute strategies for trade school, high school, and college recruiting programs including apprenticeships and internships
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance INX's recruiting efforts
  • Work with hiring managers, vendors, and partners to meet INX's ongoing talent needs
  • Act as a consultant regarding recruiting, staffing forecasting, and diversity initiatives
  • Use resume databases, social media, job boards, and other sources to attract candidates
  • This position will involve some travel (job fairs, inplant locations, etc.)


Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

  • Must have experience using social media to effectively attract and hire candidates
  • Experience with core recruiting functions such as screening and interviewing
  • Able to successfully recruit both active and passive candidates
  • Friendly, professional, and organized
  • Communicates clearly (verbally and in writing) to all levels of candidates & management
  • Knowledgeable of, and committed to, Affirmative Action and EEO principles


Additional qualifications requested/helpful:

  • Familiar with iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Bilingual is a plus
