    We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to work at our corporate office in Schaumburg. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues either over the phone or desktop side support.
    • Identify, research, and resolve technical and hardware related problems.
    • Troubleshoot MS Office (365) and other software packages approved by department.
    • Assist remote users and their ability to connect to the network.
    • Respond, track, and document detailed resolution using Helpdesk software based on the service level agreement.
    • Configure and update desktops/laptops to conform to company standards.
    • Assist in maintaining equipment inventory in a leased environment.
    • Maintain and update department documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Perform other MIS support functions as work flow permits.

    Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

    • Our idea candidate has a BS in Computer Science or MCSE Certification.
    • Hardware/software troubleshooting experience
    • Provides excellent customer service
    • Has experience providing effective and professional communication addressing people with varied computer skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment
    • Is adaptable to changes within the environment
    • Has experience with NT, Office 365, and SAP user administration
