    We are seeking an In-plant Ink Technician (Metal Deco Ink) to work at our customer's site in Olympia, WA.  This person will act as a liaison between INX and the customer, manufacture ink, and maintain the ink room. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provides technical service assisting In-plant Manager

    • Assists in performing QC tests on incoming and on-site manufactured batches and color matching   

    • Manufactures batches of ink under 100 lbs.

    • Assists In-plant Manager with inventory management and record keeping

    • Assists in maintaining customer satisfaction by superior service as part of the in-house INX team

    Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

    • Basic math skills, as well as reading and written communication skills

    • Good computer skills and ability to learn propriety software

    • Must be able to keep the workplace clean and orderly

    • Some ink mixing or batch weighing experience helpful, but as an entry level position, we will train on-site

    • High school graduate; Must be able to regularly lift 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

    • Any experience in the printing industry is helpful
